The hotel back-of-house facilities are situated toward the rear of the Ground Floor. A commercial tenancy is to be provided at the Ground level. The First level provides additional back-of-house services and amenities for the employees of the Hotel.
Located toward the Wellington Street frontage will be a Guest Business Centre and meeting rooms, together with a gym and amenities. Level Two provides a large open plan guest lobby and reception area, bar, restaurant and associated amenities. The guest accommodation will be provided on levels 4 to 22 of the development. A roof top plant room and lift overrun is provided at level 23.
