With the approval of 205 new apartments in the adjacent area, the density of residents and visitors will inevitably increase substantially. While infrastructure plays an important role in design, it also requires balance with recreation and lifestyle. The proposed hotels proximity to the beach gives residents high level recreational accessibility through beach and water sport activities. A recessed 73sqm roof top outdoor function area with views over Leighton Beach contributes to the activation of the corner. The proposed design utilises high quality materials .
