Construction of Stage 2 with 130, one and two bed apartments in 2 and 3 storey elements has now commenced. Following documentation by CDG, Stella Stage 1, with 109 units, was completed in 2008. The project has involved master planning of the 70,000m2 site to optimise yield for future stages.
Located in Success, the project has attracted significant government investment under the National Building Economic Stimulus Plan for affordable housing.
Stage 2 includes an Amenity Block with pool, gym, management offices and landscaping to service the eventual full site development.
