The initial brief for 3 Rosslyn St was simply to optimise the development potential in this 648m2 (R80) site, resulting in a prestigious mixed-use building near to the CBD, Subiaco and medical precincts.

The current contract will deliver 540m2 of high end commercial space, a smaller self-contained commercial unit at ground floor and 5 premium apartments.

Secure car parking is provided.  Car stackers, a fast lift, sophisticated access control and spiral stairs leading to penthouse roof decks all feature in the project.  The final scheme has remained remarkably close to the original concept sketch.
